2-Way Solenoid Valves

One inlet and one outlet, and are used to permit and shut off fluid flow. The two types of operations are “Normally Closed” and “Normally Open”.

General Service – Air/Inert Gas, Water, Lt. Oil (up to 300 SSU) service at moderate temperatures.
* 8030 Series		Direct Acting Low Pressure/Vacuum – 3/8″-3/4″ Valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available in either AC or DC operated with brass or Stainless Steel bodies.

* 8040 Series		High Flow / Low Pressure - 1/8″-3/8″ Direct acting valves available in normally closed constructions only. Available AC operated with light weight aluminum bodies. Ideal for applications that demand high flows at low pressure.

* 8210 Series		Air/Inert Gas, Water, Lt. Oil – 3/8″–2 1/2″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available either AC or DC operated with Brass or Stainless Steel bodies for a wide variety of applications. Diaphragm constructions from 3/8″–1 1/2″, piston constructions from 3/8″–2 1/2″. Our most economical, high flow valve available.

* 8215 Series		Low Pressure - Air/Inert Gas – 3/8″–3″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available either AC or DC operated with Aluminum bodies.

* 8221 Series		Slow Closing /Anti-Water Hammer – 3/8″-2 1/2″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available either AC or DC operated with brass bodies. Designed to effectively reduce damage caused by water hammer.

* 8223 Series		High Pressure – 1/4″-3/4″ Pilot operated solenoid valve available in a normally closed construction. They are a rugged piston construction built to withstand high pressures and are available AC or DC with brass and stainless steel bodies. Ideal for high pressure water applications (up to 1500 PSI).

* 8256 Series		Sub-Miniature Poppet - 1/8″ Direct acting, normally closed solenoid valves. Available either AC or DC operated in brass or 316 stainless steel bodies and with or without manual operators. Small poppet valve well suited for a wide variety of Air, Water, Lt. Oil Applications. Recommended for use in place of the 8225 Series valves.

* 8260 Series	Plastic Body, Air / Water – 1/4″ Direct acting valve available in a normally closed construction. Available AC or DC operated with plastic bodies designed to handle the challenges of harsh media. Ideal for water dispensing applications.

* 8262 Series		Direct Acting Poppet – 1/8″-1/4″ Direct acting solenoid poppet valves available either AC or DC operated in brass or stainless steel bodies. High flow and a variety of elastomers for a wide range of applications.

* 8263 Series		Direct Acting Poppet, Normally Closed – 3/8" Direct acting normally closed solenoid poppet valves available either AC or DC operated in brass or stainless steel bodies.Field replaceable seat/orifice design for flexibility.

* 8280 Series		Group Mounted Sub-Miniature Poppet - 1/8" Direct acting, normally closed solenoid valves. Available either AC or DC operated in brass or stainless steel bodies. Small poppet valve well suited for a wide variety of Air, Water, Lt. Oil Applications.


Hot Water / Steam – High temperature fluid applications such as laundries, molding, sterilizing, autoclaves, steam atomization, etc.
* 8210HW Series	Hot Water, Normally Closed – 3/8″–3/4″ Solenoid pilot operated diaphragm valves available either AC or DC operated with brass bodies for hot water applications.

* 8220 Series		Hot Water/Steam – 3/8″ – 2 1/2″ Heavy duty pilot operated diaphragm and piston valves available in Normally Closed and Normally Open constructions. High flow capacity and long life. Available in AC and DC brass bodies. Rugged stainless steel piston ideal for the challenges of high temperature fluids.

* 8221HW Series	Slow Closing Hot Water – 3/8″-21/2″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available AC operated with brass bodies. Designed to effectively reduce damage caused by water hammer.

* 8222 Series	High Temperature Fluids, Normally Closed – 1/4″ – 1″ Solenoid pilot AC operated diaphragm valves available for Hot Water/Steam applications. Brass or Stainless Steel bodies are available.

* 8263 Series		Direct Acting Poppet, Normally Closed – 1/8″-3/8″ Direct acting normally closed solenoid poppet valves available either AC or DC operated in brass or stainless steel bodies. High flow with stainless steel seat and teflon or EPDM disc for steam applications. Field replaceable seat/orifice design for flexibility.

* 8267 Series	Direct Acting – Straight Thru Design – 3/8″-3/4″ Unique self cleaning valves with straight through design ideal for high flow hot water / steam applications. Available AC operated in normally closed and normally open constructions with brass bodies.


Potable Water and Food Service - NSF listed valves designed for use in drinking water systems and food service equipment.
* 8256 Series		Direct Acting 1/8"- 1/4" Direct acting, Normally Closed solenoid valves with NSF 61 and 169 approvals. Available in AC or DC voltages with 316 stainless steel bodies.


Vacuum - Designed for Low Vacuum (to 29″Hg) to High Vacuum (to 10-6 Torr) Applications.
* 8030VM / 8030VH Series		Direct Acting – 3/8″-3/4″ Valves available AC operated in normally closed constructions with brass bodies.

* 8210VM / 8210VH Series		Pilot Operated Diaphragm – 3/8″–3/4″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available AC operated with Brass bodies.

* 8215VM / 8215VH Series		Pilot Operated Diaphragm – 1″–2″ Solenoid pilot operated valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions. Available AC operated with Aluminum bodies.

* 8262VVM / 8262VVH Series		Direct Acting Poppet – 1/4″ Direct acting solenoid poppet valves available AC operated with brass and stainless steel bodies.


Cryogenic and Liquid CO2 – Designed to control Cryogenic fluids to –320°F (-196°C) and Liquid CO2 to –75°F (-59°C).
* 8210LT Series		Cryogenic – 1″–1 1/2″ Solenoid pilot AC or DC operated diaphragm valves available with brass bodies for liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquid nitrogen applications.

* 8222LT Series	Cryogenic – 1/2″-3/4″ Solenoid pilot AC or DC operated diaphragm valves available with brass bodies for liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquid nitrogen applications.

* 8262LT/ 8263LT Series		Cryogenic – 1/8″-3/8″ Direct acting normally closed solenoid poppet valves available either AC or DC operated with brass bodies for liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquid nitrogen applications.

* 8264 Series		Liquid CO2 – 1/8″ Direct acting normally closed solenoid poppet valves available either AC or DC operated with nickel plated brass bodies for liquid CO2 applications.


Air Operated – Uses auxiliary compressed air or water source to shift valve, rather than a solenoid operator.
* F210 / P210 Series	Air/Inert Gas, Water, Lt. Oil – 3/8″–2″ Air operated 2/2 valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions with brass bodies and NBR seals.

* F222 / P222Series	Air/Inert Gas, Water, Lt. Oil – 1/4″–1/2″ Air operated 2/2 valves available in normally closed constructions with brass bodies and PTFE seals.

* F262 / P262Series	Air/Inert Gas, Water, Lt. Oil – 1/4″ Air operated 2/2 poppet valves available in normally closed and normally open constructions with brass and stainless steel bodies and NBR seals.

* 8290 Series		Harsh Fluids, Hot Water/Steam, Air, Water, Lt. Oil – 3/8″–2 1/2″ Heavy duty angle-body piston valves for tough applications including corrosives, light slurries and steam. Available in normally closed and normally open constructions with bronze and Stainless Steel bodies and PTFE discs. Now available the Miniature 32mm Operator, Proportional Valves and Linear Position Indicator.


Proportional – Electrical input signal provides proportional control of the pressure or flow output.
* 8202 / 8203 Series		Air/Gas/Water/Lt Oil/Low Vacuum - 1/8″-1/2″ Available in 24DC operated, normally closed construction only with brass or stainless steel bodies.


Intrinsically Safe – Designed solely for use in intrinsically safe areas with properly approved and sized current and voltage limiting barriers.
* WBIS8262 Series		Direct Acting Poppet – 1/4″ Direct acting normally closed solenoid poppet valves available in brass or stainless steel bodies. High flow and a variety of elastomers for a wide range of applications.

* WBIS8223 Series		Piston Valve – 3/8″-1/2″ Pilot operated solenoid valves available in a normally closed construction available with brass and stainless steel bodies.


Low Power - Low wattage coil to provide PLC compatibility, reduced battery drain, reduced wiring cost, reduced heat rise, energy savings.

Dry Air – Designed for use in applications which require air to be free of lubricants.
* 8262P Series		Dry Air - 1/4" Direct acting soleonid poppet valves available in normally closed constructions with brass and stainless steel bodies.
Magnetic Latching – Ideal for remote applications where continuously powered devices can’t be used, such as irrigation systems.
* MU8262 Series		Magnetic Latching - 1/8"-3/8" Available in normally closed constructions with brass and stainless steel bodies. Good for applications where contiuous power supply is not readily available. DC constructions only.
