 2. GAUGE VALVE(20,25mm)[3/4,1inch]

 

 

 

The contact surface is sealed with an anti-corrosive diaphragm.

The gauge pipe can easily be installed by inserting the pipe and tightening the union nut.

The GAUGE VALVE has a drain plug G1/4 in diameter which helps to maintain the valve.
  (Sampling is possible by removing the plug).

  DIAPHRAGM

• EASY TO SET, ONLY REQUIRING THE GAUGE PIPE AND TIGHTENING THE UNION NUT.

3. CONSTANT FLOW VALVE(15-100mm)[1/2-4inch]

 

 

 
• High Accuracy
The CONSTANT FLOW VALVE accurately controls the flow rate to within ±6ï¼… of the full scale value and offers high rangeability (set value for maximum flow rate/set value for minimum flow rate). 
• Flexible Flow Rate
Using the handle, the flow rate setting on the valve can be changed at will. Because it completely shuts off flow, the CONSTANT FLOW VALVE can also be used as shut off valve. 
• Opening Degree Indicator
The CONSTANT FLOW VALVE has indicator showing opening degree which reads the flow rate (m3/hour). 
• High Durability and Resistance to Chemicals
The CONSTANT FLOW VALVE uses a spring made of Stainless Steel coated with PCTFE (Polychloro-frifluoro-ethylene). The spring is highly durable and chemical-resistant, it has high cycle life.

 

• USE OF THE POWER OF THE FLUID ELIMINATES THE USE OF ANY POWER SOURCE,
  RESULTING IN POWER SAVING.

• HIGH ACCURACY (WITHIN +/-6% OF FULL SCALE) AND LARGE RANGEABILITY (RATIO

4. NEEDLE VALVE(15-25mm)[1/2-1inch]

 

 

 

A shut-off valve and the rubber seat completely seals the fluid.

Being independent of a shut-off valve, the NEEDLE VALVE exercises highly accurate control for a long
   time.

The NEEDLE VALVE uses a unique plug in a special shape, thus offering accurate flow control.

With its piping intact, the NEEDLE VALVE can be inspected or cleaned inside only by removing its
   bonnet (valves in 15 and 20mm in nominal size.

 

• OUR ORIGINAL SPECIAL SHAPE PLUG ALLOWS FOR HIGHLY ACCURATE FLOW
  CONTROL.

• SHUTOFF VALVE AND RUBBER SEAT ALLOW FOR COMPLETE SEALING.

• INDEPENDENT FROM SHUTOFF VALVE, IT MAINTAINS HIGH ACCURACY CONTROL
  FUNCTION FOR A LONG PERIOD

• INSPECTION AND CLEANING OF INSIDE OF THE VALVE CAN BE PERFORMED
  WITHOUT DISMOUNTING IT FROM THE PIPE, BY REMOVING THE CAP (15 mm, 20 mm).

5. Y-SEDIMENT STRAINER(15-100mm)[1/2-4inch]

 

 

 

Because of its plastic body, the sediment STRAINER (Y) is higly corrosion chemical and wear resistant.

The body is transparent, so that flow through the STRAINER can easily be checked.

The sediment STRAINER is easy to disassemble and reassemble to clean or replace its screen.

• MATERIAL WITH HIGH RESISTANCE TO CORROSION CHEMICAL AND WEAR.

• TRANSPARENT BODY THAT ALLOWS FOR CHECKING OF INSIDE FLOW.

• EASY SCREEN CLEANING, DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY FOR REPLACEMENT AND

6. SELF CONTROL VALVE(15-50mm)

 

 

 

• PRESSURE RETAINING TYPE
· The valve opens when the primary side pressure exceeds the set value and closes when the pressure falls below the set
  value.

· It works using the fluid pressure only, without using any auxiliary power.

• PRESSURE LELIEF TYPE
· The T-shaped pipe structure allows the fluid to flow in 3 directions.
· In addition to the intake and discharge ports located sideways in a straight line (horizontal direction), there is also a
  discharge port on the lateral side (vertical direction), so that the fluid is discharged from the vertically located discharge
  port.

• PRESSURE REDUCING TYPE
· Even when the primary side pressure fluctuates, the valve maintains secondary side pressure constant.

 

• The pressure retaining type maintains the primary side pressure constant.
• The valve opens when the primary side pressure exceeds the set value and closes when the pressure
  falls below the set value.

• It works using the fluid pressure only, without using any auxiliary power.
• Against the fluid power pressing up the diaphragm, the valve uses the force of compression spring
  to press down the diaphragm so as to keep balance. For appropriate flow range, see P.237.
