Energy, power generation and heat transfer

One of our specialities is the manufacturing of seamless steel tubes, in carbon and alloy steel up to 12%Cr vacuum degassed, for high/low temperature or pressure services. These tubes are incorporated, providing high efficiency, into the equipment and processes of power generation, heat transfer, chemical and petrochemical industries; e.g. in boilers, heat exchangers, furnaces, heaters, coolers, etc.

• Hot rolled tubes from 26,7 mm up to 180 mm OD, with wall thicknesses up to 20 mm and lenghts of max. 25,1 mts.
• Cold drawn tubes from 10 mm up to 120 mm OD, with wall thicknesses up to 16 mm and lenghts of max. 27 mts.
• Rifle tubes with standard and optimized profiles for high pressure, critical, supercritical and ultrasupercritical boilers. TRI´s rifle boiler tubes have been successfully installed in numerous power stations over the past 30 years (more than 25,000 tons in various grades and designs).
• "U" bent, finned tubes, studded tubes, etc.
