The definition of ERW welding
It is a method of welding done by putting two surfaces in contact to face one another, then let high frequency current release either indirectly or directly, which later heats up by resistance heating between the two contact surfaces that is pressured to connect the two.
The principle of ERW welding
- 1) Skin Effect: the phenomenon where the current density is concentrated in the surface of conductor when there is electric current.
- 2) Proximity Effect: the phenomenon where the current distribution is gathered to the nearest area when the gap of two conductors is narrow with different direction of current flow in a pair of conductors.

The principle of SAW
Automated welding method that uses fusion-welding, which is done by generating arc within the flux by supplying solid wire among the preceding granular flux.
The characteristics of SAW
Arc is invisible, since it is inside the flux.
It can release large current to a core wire thanks to the protection effect of the flux, which thus is a high-efficiency welding.

Principle for QT processing
It is a production line that upgrades a property of matter through Q/T (Quenching & Tempering) heat treatment to reveal the high strength and high collapse property of matter in addition to the excavation of oil well that goes 1~6km depth underground, and transformation into ERW pipe to manufacture high strength steel pipe for oil well (especially Casing) that is used to maintain the digging.
Characteristics of QT processing
Thanks to the technology of SeAH, the domestication and automation of equipments with the lay out that takes optimal efficiency and quality in account. Having obtained API monogram, we are producing minimum yield strength of 80,000psi and 110,000psi level. We also produce high-value high collapse and premium products for screws through detailed process control and strict examination.
