Alloy Explanation
Alloy 316H is a non-magnetic in the annealed condition. This alloy is not hardened by giving heat treatment; it can only be hardened by cold working. The alloy can easily be welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices. The alloy contains 18% of chromium, 14% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and 0.10% of carbon.
