The pipes ensure excellent ductility, toughness and hardness along with good corrosion resistance. With the standard fabrication tools and equipment, the pipes are fabricated. Therefore these are annealed at a temperature range of 1010 to 1120 degree C and are quickly cooled in water or air. In addition, to carry out the best corrosion resistance the final annealing must be done above 1070 degree C and get rapidly cooled. After that these are stress relieved at a temperature range of 450-600 degree C. Furthermore the pipes are hot and cold worked, thus cold working requires intermediate annealing stage in order to improve work hardening and avoid cracking and tearing.
