Alloy 20 Cross can also be hot formed using the same forces required to hot work austenitic stainless steels. We supply Alloy 20 Bend for a variety of applications and will help in determining the precise amount for your current project. Alloy 20 Stub End has good mechanical properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures. The copper content in Alloy 20 End Cap protects it from sulfuric acid.

Alloy 20 Dish Cap Pipe Fittings has minimal carbide precipitation during welding. A lower hardness in Alloy 20 Lateral Tee can be obtained by heating to 2100 °F but this may have a negative effect on the stabilization of the alloy. Alloy 20 Equal Tee exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing phosphoric, nitric, sulfuric, and chlorides acid. However, Alloy 20 Unequal Tee has excellent resistance to hot sulfuric acid. The elevated strength of Alloy 20 Concentric Reducer may require higher forming pressures.
