H2SO4 Concentration Unit

  1. Sulphuric Acid Concentration system is designed and manufactured for producing concentrated Sulphuric acid of around 70% strength from dilute acid having strength as low as 20%.
  2. The system can be single stage or multistage depending on the inlet acid concentration and can generate concentrated Sulphuric acid for recycle. Thus, it totally eliminates the cost of neutralization / disposal.
  3. The system can be operated manually or with control from DCS or PLC.
  4. The main equipment in the system is graphite reboilers, Flash tank, condensers, ejector system, and Product acid cooler.
  5. With multiple effect concentration of Sulphuric acid, steam economy can be achieved thereby reducing the operating cost.
