Functions – Injection valve

♦ feeding valve: installed on tank/reactor walls or dome
♦ injection valve: mounted on a section of piping

Sealing system

♦ Metal-to-metal seating with conical piston
♦ Radial soft seating with packing, o’rings, etc.

Operation

Handwheel or crank according to size, double acting pneumatic actuator, single acting pneumatic actuator (depending on size/pressure class and/or stroke), hydraulic actuator, electric actuator, air motor.
