Introduction
Our activity does not solely focus on the sectors and products mentioned above. ULMA Advanced Forged Solutions’ Technical Department studies all customer needs and works to provide the most competitive solution.
Our installations continue to forge parts and components for custom projects in the railway sector and for hoisting elements in the maritime transport and other sectors.

The knowledge and skills to forge any type of material allows us to participate in any of our customers’ projects and needs.
Our Technical Department receives the drawings and plans from the customer (final machining, roughing, forging, etc.) and starts to define the solution that best suits our customer’s needs. These options are compared by simulating the processes before providing a final solution.
Our production systems give us the flexibility we need to participate in different projects. 2 counter-blow hammer lines, 1 free forging line, 1 ring roller line and 1 automatic and fully automated press line enable us to produce a wide range of parts in any material.

- Closed die:
- 2 counter-blow hammers: Parts from 15 kg to 750 kg
- 1 automated mechanical press: Parts of up to 40 kg
- 1 hydraulic press for open die: Parts of up to 2 t
- 1 Ring Rolling line: Parts with ⌀ up to 3 m
